Following elections and actions of the executive board, the Guilford County Professional Fire Fighters and Paramedics have elected/appointed Ross Neugeboren as President and Richard "Ricky" Clagett as Vice President of the GCPFFP.

President Neugeboren began his leadership career at Local 5066 as the first Assistant Vice President of EMS of the local in 2017. He has attended state and international events, lobbied at the NC General Assembly and provided disaster assistance to members affected by Hurricane Florence in that capacity. Neugeboren serves as a Senior Paramedic at Guilford County Emergency Services - EMS Division, with 6 years of service. He is a current critical care transport paramedic at Wake Forest Baptist Health's AirCare program. Neugeboren first certified as an EMT in 2011 and volunteered his time at the Central Park Medical Unit of New York, NY as well as the Turn of River Volunteer Fire Department of Stamford, CT. He is passionate about the benefits of organization, to ensure excellence of service delivery by the support of all first responders - their resources, workplace, financial, personal, and mental health needs. An early initiate into organized labor, Neugeboren signed his first union card at age 20. He remains a member in good standing of the I.A.T.S.E. Local 52 Motion Picture Studio Mechanics.

Vice President Richard "Ricky" Clagett possesses 13 years experience in the fire service. An early member of Local 5066, Ricky joined the local as a rookie firefighter on Guilford County's Squad 250. He has served as Vice President and Secretary, and most recently as the Assistant Vice President of Fire Operations. Clagett has travelled to Raleigh with other members of the executive board to lobby and meet with Guilford County legislators. Clagett recognizes the wide variety of fire suppression resources that serve the county, and intends to bring all parties together to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
